The Executive Board meetings are open to the public and held at the YMPO office. Each meeting is held the last Thursday of each month at 1:30 pm.

The Greater Yuma Port Authority meetings are open to the public. Each meeting is held the fourth Thursday of each month at 9:30 Am.
