Usage Agreement.
Yuma Metropolitan Planning Organization (YMPO) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the greater Yuma
area. YMPO coordinates with local governments and the State on issues that cross jurisdictional boundaries such
as air quality and transportation. YMPO welcomes suggestions on how to improve our home page and correct errors.
Use:
The suitability for use of these data is the responsibility of the recipient. YMPO makes no warranty on the results
or opinions derived from these data for any project/study not conducted by YMPO. “Project/study” includes the development
of a plan, programming document or project/corridor evaluation. For site security purposes and to ensure that this
service remains available to all users, these computer systems employs software programs to monitor network traffic
to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. Unauthorized attempts
to upload information or change information on this website are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under
the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act. This Information
may also be used for authorized law enforcement investigations.

data, even if YMPO, or anyone else involved in the creation, production or delivery of these data, has been advised
of the possibility of such damages. We strongly recommend that YMPO data be acquired directly from a YMPO server
and not through other sources that may change the data in some way. While YMPO makes every effort to provide accurate
and complete information, various data such as names, telephone numbers, etc. may change prior to updating. YMPO
